Plan your demolition services
Send photographs showing the entire structure, its surroundings and the access route. State its approximate size and construction, whether it is connected to utilities and whether it adjoins another building. A collection of loose demolition waste is a different job to taking down a standing structure, so explain which you need.
What we can discuss
- Structure-removal enquiries, subject to assessment
- Outbuilding and garden-structure enquiries
- Site-clearance planning
- Demolition waste removal within the agreed scope
Before we arrive
Do not begin dismantling an unstable structure for a quotation. Share any surveys, asbestos information and permissions already obtained. Neighbouring property, utility isolation and the necessary notices or consents must be considered before work can be confirmed.
How the quote works
Demolition is priced on request. A site assessment may be needed to establish a suitable scope, equipment, specialist requirements and waste handling.

Can you quote from photographs?
Photographs are a useful first step. The structure, access and site risks may require a visit and further information before a firm quotation is possible.
Are permissions or surveys included?
Do not assume they are included. Responsibilities for surveys, approvals, notices and specialist work must be set out in the agreed quotation.
Where we work
We take enquiries across the locations in our area directory, including London, Essex, Hertfordshire and Dartford. The collection postcode lets us confirm the route and availability.
