Plan your commercial waste collection
Office moves, retail refits and end-of-lease clearances need a clear brief. Send an inventory of furniture, fittings and general waste, together with photographs of loading access. Let us know about building-management rules, security sign-in or timed delivery bays so these can be considered before booking.
What we can discuss
- Office and workplace clearances
- Shop and retail clear-out waste
- Commercial furniture and general waste
- End-of-lease and refurbishment clearances
Before we arrive
Separate confidential records, computers and data-bearing devices from general waste. State any specialist disposal or data-destruction requirements; these are not included automatically. Ask about the waste transfer documentation for the agreed collection.
How the quote works
Commercial jobs are quoted against the scope, waste types, loading arrangements and required timing. Tell us if the job must fit a landlord handover date or if several collections are needed.

Can you work around building-management requirements?
Share the loading-bay rules, access hours and any induction or documentation requirements with the enquiry. We will confirm what can be accommodated.
Is confidential document destruction included?
No specialist destruction service is implied by a general clearance quote. Identify confidential material and agree an appropriate separate arrangement before removal.
Where we work
We take enquiries across the locations in our area directory, including London, Essex, Hertfordshire and Dartford. The collection postcode lets us confirm the route and availability.
